Born and raised in Ottawa, Carrie studied at Ryerson and McMaster Universities. Her professional career started in the organic food industry which eventually led to pet food. While working for Fromm Family Foods, she gained valuable insight into pet nutrition. After transitioning into the pet industry, the opportunity came up for her to become co-owner of Love Your Pet. She happily jumped at the chance.
