Charming Paws

Charming Paws is a family-centered facility that caters to canines in Washington County, Ozaukee County, and surrounding areas. Our mission is to go above and beyond the traditional pet care to ensure that our furry guests have a safe, special, loving, and caring experience with our staff. Our staff is highly trained and experienced, ready to love your pup as one of their own.

At Charming Paws, we value the relationships that we build with our clients. We want to give you all the assurance and confidence that we will care for your loving pet just as you would at home.

Charming Paws offers a suite-style boarding option. Each individual suite accompanies 1-3 dogs, making it very convenient for same family pups to snuggle at night!

​We offer two different sizes for our boarding suites, 4 ft x 4 ft to accommodate our smaller breeds, as well as 5 ft x 5 ft to accommodate our larger breeds. Each temperature-controlled suite is fully insulated to keep your pups warm in the cooler months and cool in the warmer months, while simultaneously containing a security camera with playback, so there are always eyes on your pup!

​Inside each of our suites, you will find an elevated cot and blanket. We also provide food dishes but we always recommend bringing in some of your pup's favorite things from home to make them feel right at home!

​Feel free to utilize one or both of our enrichment options while your pups vacations with us! Both are included in our boarding fees for no additional cost.

​Please note that our one-on-one style of boarding includes one activity from the boarding menu in your boarding cost each day. If you would like to add additional activities to your pup's day, you are more than welcome to do so! Each activity is charged at $15.00 per 15 minutes. You are welcome to add as many activities as you'd like! (Good Eats not included)

​Social Style: Consists of doggy daycare during the day; must complete behavioral assessment prior to drop-off.

One-on-One: Consists of individualized playtime with staff members; no interaction with other dogs in facility; may experience a variety of activities that may include but are not limited to walks, outdoor play time, pool time, snuffle mats, treat puzzles, and brain games.

Charming Paws doggy daycare is a great option to tire your pup out while you’re away! By the time you pick them up, they will be all ready for snuggles!

We split our doggy daycare into multiple sections based on size, temperament, and play style. During the day, your pup will enjoy playing with the other pups in their play group, as well as enjoying activities such as group fetch, pool time, tag, and tunnel time.

​Each section has outdoor access 24/7, in which they are free to roam our outside sections, giving them more space to play and areas to go potty when they need to!

Lunch time is anywhere between 11am and 12pm. We feed individually to ensure that your pup can enjoy their lunch!

Daycare is split into half day (5 hours or less) and full days (5+ hours). Our weekday daycare hours are 6:30AM to 6:30PM and on Saturdays, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. We are closed for daycare on Sundays.

All pups that would like to enroll into our daycare must complete their behavioral assessment beforehand.

When you have your pets groomed at Charming Paws, your family furry friend will be in warm loving hands with lots of experience. Your pups are with the same staff member from start-to-finish, making the experience less stressful and more fun. At Charming Paws, we believe full grooming, bathing & nail trimming are essential to a healthy pet.

​We offer excellent grooming facilities with trained and experienced staff. From shampoos, de-shedding treatments, and skin care to blueberry facials, pedicures, and moisturizing treatments, your pampered pet will go home looking and smelling fabulous! All of our dog grooming services are available by appointment, or can be scheduled with any daycare or boarding reservation.

All prices are based on the size of the dog, and how much de-shedding is necessary. You are always welcome to come in for a free quote. All grooms includes a shampoo, blow-dry, brushing, nail trim, ear clean, eye clean, anal gland expression (if necessary), and haircut.

We also offer regular bathing services which includes a shampoo, blow-dry, brushing, nail trim, ear clean, eye clean and anal gland expression (if necessary).
