I'm Patty! I was an elementary school teacher for 10 years, but I always had a love for animals. Especially dogs! It was during a trip to SoCal that I visited a cute little dog boutique and knew that was what I wanted to do. With the love and support of my husband, friends and family, Leash and Collar started as a pop up shop. We then entered the Calling All Dreamers competition,held by the Sacramento Downtown Partnership, and realized that we could turn our dream into a reality. This is just the beginning. We have so much more we want to do!
