Woofs 'N Whiskers has been operating since November of 2001. Our goal is to provide comprehensive day care services for pets. Throughout her life, owner Pharaby Jeffrey has been an avid fan of all animals. She decided that this was the enterprise that she needed to start in order to take care of pets.
